There are tons of cookbooks that can be used in the kitchen. Some are amazing, some are very run of the mill, and some are just weird. I am here to look at them all and give you my honest opinion of them.
I’ve been there when you get a new cookbook, and you open it up, and then you wonder what in the world is (insert ingredient or equipment here)? Every cookbook will be reviewed thoroughly including ease of use, equipment on hand, simple ingredients, and substitutions made. I will also tell if I consider this a run of the mill book or an absolute gem to have.
